Yeah, because renting out apartments by the night in the city with the highest concentration of hotel rooms in the world seems like such a good idea.

Also generally illegal. Virtually no BnBs in Las Vegas. It is done though.

We used AirBnb for our first month in Vegas while we looked for a permanent spot. I know our host said she and most others in Vegas encountered issues with HOAs. She also said one investor who rents out strip condos pays the fine for breaking the rules and continues to operate regardless

I meant this.... Is it hot to invest rent out lodging apartment in Vegas now?
