Nothing like thin crust square cut pizza on a Friday.

Only post your pizza eating experience if you have been eating pizza for over ten years while living in Las Vegas.

Why mess around with Rosati's when there's a Dominos right down the street? :-)

Well, I hate to respond when I'm told I can't post unless I meet their standards ...or something or other... BUT!

Some people like thin crust. I don't understand those people. I prefer thick crust...deep dish if possible. People will say this or that pizza is best, and then they order pineapple or something non-Italian on it. For me, pizza comes with either/or, or both, Italian sausage and pepperoni, and mozzarella, with a layer of really good Italian tomato sauce, and possibly black olives (never green), and mushrooms, preferably from an Italian woods high in the Alps. No spinach, cauliflower, iceberg lettuce, pineapple, guacamole, chipped beef, jalapeños, or chorizo.

Even in Italy they don't make good pizza. But, coming from Little Italy, my paisanos overcame the old ways and invented new ones. We also had the best hot dog chili, and something you may never have heard of before, pepperoni rolls ...little rolls with strips of pepperoni cooked inside that a local Italian baker invented for the miners to put in their lunch buckets so they wouldn't spoil.

They put ice in the bottom section so they could drink it as it melted, and it kept the sammiches cool.

Beware of imitations.

Anyway, it's all subjective isn't it.

BTW: I've been here 51 years and have never found any pizza as good as we had back home.

That's one ugly pizza - which means it probably tastes good.

Nothing wrong with Dominos. It's just that they are too busy around my way. Same with Papa Johns.

Umm, why is it square cut? And it looks rather skimpy in the meat dept

Ok, here is a question for Nevadans, I was invited to a pizza dinner last summer in Nevada, everyone was using a knife and fork to eat their pizza, I've never seen that before. I'm pretty sure they thought I was a heathen for using my hands. Is this a nevada thing?

Domino's. I would not eat them if you paid me. The cheese they use is the lowest quality cheese they could find, then they water it down with water that makes Las Vegas tap water seem clean. If you're ever constipated, Domino's is your friend.
