Anyone else effected when the ozone levels climb up to 100, which is the danger level for sensitive groups?

I was effected last Friday night, after too much walking, and when I looked at the Air Quality Index the next day in the paper, the explanation was there. It never fails.

Only 2 areas were over 100, Green Valley at 101 and Jean at 106.

It would be nice to know, from day to day, what the ozone levels would be, via forecasts. They did do a high ozone forecast for Saturday, I caught it on the nightly news.

It probably should be broadcast whenever it's going to be high!

That would require me watching the local news programs. And Las Vegas will freeze over in July before that happens.

"And that's tonight's feature on 'Things That Ought to Scare You.' And now, here's Tabitha Bimbo with the Tee-Hee Report...."

Just seeing the previews during football games makes my brain atrophy.

A smart TV/radio station would set up a text alert you could sign up for.

Edit: Or...

The app also provides levels of both ozone and particle pollution, and pushes out alerts if local air quality is code orange or worse

Now that's funny! I don't get the local news on my ROKU either but if something big is going on I will usually see it on my computer.
