Do atomic sync watches get signals in Las Vegas / Henderson? Please list your watch if it does get the signal. I'm thinking of getting a casio GW-5000-1JF.

My casio g-shock has synced with the atomic clock at Fort Collins CO (NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)) every morning since arrival 4 days ago. Once while wearing it asleep in bed (2 in the morning), and twice on the nightstand (just after midnight).

No. It syncs with Colorado every day.

So if it needs to be synched daily, it musk keep dubious time. My watch doesn't have that feature and looses one second a year.

I imagine it keeps good time like any quartz watch does...

If you want to keep dubious time you have to shell out for the mechanicals. My watch loses multiple seconds per day and requires me to wind it.

My alarm clock synchs automatically and it does just fine here. All I have to tell it is what time zone I'm in.

Synced again with Fort Collins Colorado at 00:04 am this morning. I left it lying on the nightstand that is right next to a west and north facing window, and FC CO is east northeast from here. So far it has synced every day, as designed.
