My favorite store - Total Wine, is opening a new store in the Centennial shopping center, just a little North of the Inn n Out, near I95 and Ann Rd. This is great news. Join their club for discounts. The signs are already up and the opening is set for Aug 10th or so.

What's it like up there, that far north? I picture igloos and seal clubbing. At least the craft beer selection will be improved, though.

Naw, this time of year you have to be careful your tires won't melt.

It is refreshing up there, I think. I have a friend (right across the street from TadTam, actually) who we visit often. Driving from Green Valley, we refer to their house as "Utah". But temps are consistently 8-10 degrees cooler than our place. They are a block away from the end of civilization (until the new developments fill in the desert, of course).

If they are having a bbq at night, I make sure to bring a long sleeve shirt. It can get chilly in those parts!

Nah, dont come up this way. Its all trailer parks and minorities. There are total wines in both Henderson and Summerlin for your microbrews and import wines. Stay far far away.
