I interviewed a couple of contractors for a home build. All of them don't want to be bonded for the job. Is this normal here? They say you can trust us. LMAO

Any licensed contractor already has a bond related to their contractor license.

I'm not surprised they wouldn't want to bother bonding for your specific project, which it sounds like you're asking?

No I didn't.

I've never heard of a residence doing a project bond. You're building a house, not a skyscraper!
