Tourist here, haven't been to Vegas in ~2 years

Is this walkable? Google maps says ~1 mile walk. However, Google maps only maps from entrance to entrance, I assume going to the actual terminal is another mile itself. I guess the answer is no, simply cause of the heat? Anyone try? lol
How often do they have shuttles run? I assume shuttles are free?

No, save yourself the misery and take a taxi. Should be under $10-$15 fare.

That shuttle is to transport people to Fashion Show Mall and back, doesn't mention the airport which you asked about.

I would never want to do that walk. I walk 10-15 miles a day at work, and I still wouldn't want to do that walk.

For a couple bucks more, i would take a taxi.. straight there instead of a shuttle with multiple stops and many people.

I've used an airport shuttle. It was really inexpensive and didn't take long at all. Since you are near the south end of the strip, you will likely be one of the last picked up. That's what happened to me. Friends warned that we would be making a million stops on the shuttle, but we were the first one dropped off from airport to hotel and the last one picked up on the way back out. RT cost less than a one way cab ride.
