I am moving out of a Broadstone complex in Albuquerque (breaking my lease) so I have to go to another Broadstone complex in either Henderson or Summerlin. Anyone familiar with these apartments?

Living at Broadstone in Henderson now. Management, and Maintenance sucks here, but the area is nice, and so is the apartment. (930/mo for 2/2 with water and pet rent)

Here is the apartmentratings.com page for this complex. See for yourself...

Good luck!

Nissanfan: Thanks! How long does it take you to get to the airport? What is the surrounding area like in terms of shopping, restaurants, casinos, parks? I am moving with my elderly parents and want to find an area that's suitable.

15 - 25 mins to the airport considering route, and traffic... There is all the shopping you need within 5 minutes. Sunset Station is there with all the shopping/restaraunts, and there are other misc casinos strewn in between.

I've made an emergency move to Florida since my previous post. We lived in Vegas for 5 years, and I felt, that the Mountain Vista / Sunset area of Green Valley in Henderson is was the safest, most convenient area.

Good luck!
