I have mixed feelings about the company, The installers, where absolutely great, But the company has f--ek up
so often on stuff, that even for the price I got, It's wearing on me.

I 'signed' the Contracts July 18th - The install was November 02, I have had to get involved with the process on almost
every occasion. And even with my detailed instructions, when the install finally happened there where blunders that
where unbelievably stupid, examples: The contract stated TWO (2) 6000 Watt inverters, they installed 1 - 6000 watt inverter and 1 - 5000 watt inverter.
because the installers where given the wrong plans.

Also the updated plans where never submitted, so now I have to wait for them to re-submit the updated plans,
then replace the 5000 watt inverter, and THEN we can get an inspection (meaning now Mid December)
Then 6 weeks to 8 weeks... to get the net metering installed... so I wont have "Live" solar till Febuary 2016 (maybe)

and there is more . . .

Jonathan

While our end result with the massive remodel we did this last summer is excellent we had to be home every day and watch what they did. Without our diligence the end result would have been quite different.

We went through the same thing when we had a house built in Iowa. There every day or things are done incorrectly. On the plus side Chi Chi's was between our house and the new one so we stopped for a couple of margs and went over our inspection.

Incompetence and lack of giving a damn is rampant everywhere.

I agree. Everything that has been done to our home, from every room remodeled inside, to everything done outside, has been done by us.

I've seen the work people do and the shortcuts they take and it would drive me nuts to have someone do that in our home.

I'm sure we've saved many thousands of dollars doing it all ourselves. Now, would I do it all over again in our next house? Hell no!
