What part of it? I wouldn't recommend living on the north side of 95 and south of Washington Ave in that area.

On the South side of 95 and north of Charleston
-between Rancho and Valley View has some million dollar properties. There is also the Spring Preserve there.
-between Valley View and Rainbow you're going to have working class and mostly older single story homes and some condos.

Along Charleston is a lot of shopping. Also along Decatur is shopping. And along Rainbow is shopping.

The intersection of Decatur and Charleston seems to have some serious crimes at times.
