SD is more over rated than Portland. Terrible job market, a huge illegal problem, and a super high cost of living. The beaches are too cold. It wasn't that great in the 70's, when you could by a SFH for 30K.
A lot of the architecture looks like someone took a dump on a trailer park.

I am sooo confused
Yesterday I walked thru the casino on my way home.....the tables were 80% occupied.......if no one is going to the casino....where did they come from????
B.T.W. our hotel occupancy rate for yesterday was 87.5%. for today it is 95% with 14 hours left to book the remaining 26 rooms......crumblin huh......
