The traffic thing is an opportunity. It is close enough to the strip to be part of an integrated system if we can ever put that together. Other than that it will be a problem like Friday night or the Speedway. We seem able to live with those. I think the locals simply avoid the strip section of I15.
So which site is the likely one to be selected?

Sounds like buyers remorse. Before the deal went though Sheldon Adelson was saying he wanted to build a legacy stadium for Las Vegas. After the deal went through everyone was asking what's in it for Sheldon Adelson? Turns out it appears he wanted to diversify his portfolio with a piece of the Raiders.

Which won't happen unless he sells his casino interests and I doubt that will happen.

And it wouldn't even need taxpayer money to make happen.

Now that's a stadium idea I would support.

raiders and adelson people are saying there is no issues it's just negotiations. Insider reporters are still saying they are 100 percent go for the stadium

It's more like back door deals. They won't say what it is specifically the Raiders will do for him, but Adelson is saying improve negotiations otherwise it's bye bye Raiders.
