Maybe I'm still too new here but the cross streets of Lake Mead & Jones seems to have been in the news a lot recently for murder so I looked more into it and it definitely needs to be added to the list.

I'm going to call this the intersection of murder and blight. It's not on the list because of the aesthetics but it certainly qualifies for that too.

They say this is Northwest Las Vegas. I'm in Northwest Las Vegas but in my area it feels much calmer. I don't really feel this is northwest with Lake Mead and Jones being on the other side of the highway. I guess it is?

I mean come on!

When Lake Mead is in the news, it's the blvd, not the pkwy. ...

No, but in some places, it certainly could be. Lake Mead and Boulder Hwy...

Just take a look at post #21. West Lake Mead Pkwy and South Boulder Hwy is an orderly intersection if I ever drove through one several times a day, and an even number of times to date - knock on wood.
