Is there anyone out there who can assist me with my lemon trees? Am getting a little worried about how these are looking. Balancing watering seems to be a challenge, and am thinking the extreme heat in June may have taken a toll. I have three, one Dwarf Meyer and two Eurekas. The Meyer seems fine. Not a lot of fruit but keeping its leaves. The eurekas are losing leaves even though the fruit is hanging in there. I get differing advice about watering them. Last year I hand watered them each evening and they were wet, but produced about 7 dozen lemons! Now, they seem dry after I took some leaves into Star and they said I was overwatering. I fertilize and add iron regularly on their advice.

Anyone have suggestions? They are on bubblers, three per tree. Maybe there is local knowledge out there that I have been unable to get elsewhere. Thanks in advance![ATTACH]171974Lemon Tree Woes in Las Vegas-image.jpg

I have a lemon tree about 6 years old along with other fruit trees. First couple years only a few lemons. I had the watering system too. After a few mores I said hell with it.. Let nature take its corse.. Not using the irrigation system.. This year about 100 lemons

Thank you, encouraging news, seriously! Am beginning to believe that too much fussing makes little difference!

Rusty nails planted in and on top of the soil (iron?) either work or the lemon trees I've had were going to yield a lot more lemons either way.... worth a shot

It's the winters not the summers that are hard on citrus trees
