Just looking to get general info about the area. Some have been very helpful on this board.
Is it easier to get to the strip/airport than Summerlin?
How does it compare with Summerlin in terms of quality of life, or is there any difference?
Are all golf courses private?
thanks.

Very similar to Summerlin. I used to live in the Lakes, and my friends mom lived in Peccole. As far as commute times, expect the same. Quality of life, expect the same. Not all golf courses are private, check into Angel Park.

Peccole Ranch has a different architectural look, compared to surrounding Summerlin. Not better or worse, just different. It also tends to be slightly cheaper than Summerlin.

Quality of life is still good though. The commuting distance is about the same.
