If you must walk into a brick and mortar store, Bass Pro Shops, and pretty much any other outdoor and/or gun store will have a variety of pepper spray options. But I would opt for Amazon or eBay, as they will have lower prices for the same products.

You might find it at Fantastic Flea Market, open Fri-Sat-Sun only.

Since it is illegal to fly with those products, I would also recommend online retailers ( if you are a visitor ).

Ha! They jacked me for a can of clam chowder recently!

Checked baggage of course, has different rules, but it cracks me up what they allow and don't allow.

Ps. This was not at McCarran which inmho is one of the best airports in the country.

^^^ Coming back from SFO they had no problem allowing us to carry on our sour dough bread. You could sneak a lot more in a loaf of bread then a sealed can of clam chowder.

That would have gone great with my clam chowder.

The escapade I was speaking of happened at the Oakland airport.

Ditto online. I keep some with my camping gear, from Amazon $10-15. Easier than a store for something that small, unless you're going there for other things.
