I qualify for Medicaid but it only covers emergency dental work. Are there any options for me in Las Vegas?

I had a lot of work done here .
It is not cheap but it is very reasonable for dental work!

How about Mexico? TJ or Mexicali both have quality dentist and half the price. Just have to figure out the logistics of getting there and back.
Megabus to Union Station LA..train to SD..trolley to the border. Walk across and they'll pick you up just after crossing.
Adventure....
The dentist here told me $3,000. I think 2,000 was just to make her car and house payment. In TJ, I was quoted 1,000. But that could change once in the chair.

Don't forget Algodones MX, right across the border from Yuma. I think there are some regular posters who get their dental in MX. They might have recommendations on specific dentists.

The dental school is also a good option but they have to accept you and it can take quite a few appointments to get the work done.

Go up to the "Search Forums" box at the top of this page. Put "Mexico dentists" in the topic box and click on the Las Vegas, San Diego, Phoenix, and Tucson threads. There are lots of discussions about places to go south of the border for excellent care where the dentists and their staffs speak English and you can book appointments in advance.

What non-emergency work do you want? Just teeth cleaning? Something else?

Check out the student dental program at CCSN. I think their dental school is on W. Charleston. For routine cleaning or other procedures, it may work out for you.

Or follow the handy link up there ^^^

I had them work on my teeth at the school.
They were VERY reasonable!!

It will take a little time to get it all done but they did great work.
To be honest some of the lest painful dental work I have ever had done.

I figured if you were broke to were not looking to travel to get it done.
I do hear good things about mexico dental travel but YMMV!
