I currently work in Las Vegas and am staying on sharing basis with someone.
Plan to get family for a vacation of one month.
Family consist of myself , wife and 5 year old kid.
What are my best options to get accommodation for only a month?
I'm trying to find something which is reasonably priced.
Family may not stay more than a month.
1.To get a rental 1 Bed room apartment in case if there is anything for not more than 3 months lease.
2. 1 Month stay in Extended Stay
3. Some Vacation Rental.

Ideally would prefer budget between $1000-1200.
Any ideas.

I may also need a car for one month.
Either Car Rental or Car lease if they give car lease for a month.

You are probably going to need to find a discount hotel or extended stay. I think AirBNB or Homestay will cost a lot more. However you might look on Craigslist under temp housing or sublet.

No idea how you are going to pull that off for that price.

I think the only thing possible is an extended stay hotel.

Not ideal but at least in you price range.

What's the backstory here? That might help us direct you.

Why can't your family stay in your rental share? Why the need for a car if you haven't had one so far?

Checked with extended Stay the best they can offer is $59 per day which is coming up to $1770 for a month.

I currently stay in 1BHK on sharing basis.
I think I may need a car since I have a kid and may need to travel when they are here.
They will be here for a short vacation not staying beyond one month.

For the rental car, try Alamo's drive happy deal. You pay about 25 bucks a day or less, and they pick the car. Since most companies require compacts if it's on their dime, you usually end up with a larger vehicle, since that's what is left over.

No clue about the lodging, but if you go Extended Stay America, pick the one off of valley view. Dont even consider Siegel Suites. Not with a wife and child in tow.

Search craigslist for temporary housing, most likely you will find something if you look for weekly motel rates. There are good extended stay rates available but usually they require a 2 month stay.

las vegas housing, apartments, real estate, etc "weekly" - craigslist
