I am looking for a large nicely furnished Rental home for 9-12 months. Neighbourhoods with amenities and HOA's are not something I am familiar with so I'm trying to find out what the nicer neighbourhoods are and what's available. Since it's temporary I'm just concerned with what would be most enjoyable for my two kids.

My biggest issue with furnished rentals I've stayed in is the furniture quality. I can't sit on uncomfortable furniture for a year!! Anyone know of a nice furnished Rental or have a suggestion for me? I was even trying to see if renting furniture for an empty home is a possibility. I don't really have any price boundaries.

Thanks!!

Renting the property you want along with the furniture you require would be a better option than looking for a complete solution.

I looked around on Craigslist and found a nice 3 BR townhouse with nice furnishings, but it wasn't like there were a ton of suitable options. I kind of lucked out.
