I'm looking for someone who does concrete coring in the Las Vegas areas. I need to put some drain holes through a wall. I did a search on Yelp, Craigslist etc but did not find that many listings.

Hmmm. Concrete cutting is its own trade, and you should find many subs who do this. Just do a google search on "concrete cutting las vegas" and you'll find many.

However "drain holes through a wall" -- I have a question. Is this a retaining wall with soil uphill so you are really just trying to get weep holes in the wall to relieve hydrostatic pressure?

Or is this a free-standing wall where you want to cut a hole so you can insert a drain pipe from one side to the other?

Just a free-standing cinder block wall on the side of the house that blocks our backyard from the street. Yes the holes could be used to put drain pipes.
