Actually they do drug test and you dont need to be bonded. Between the background check and the control set in place. Theft and fraud rarely happens. The drug testing is a requirement from the insurance company to cover cash on hand and in transit.

I worked for Wells Fargo in retail banking a good ten years ago. I didn't recall being drug tested.

I wonder if the sales staff is encouraged to smoke up with the patrons to entice sales like bartenders doing shots with patrons.
