I was thinking since the last meetup went relatively well that perhaps we could get another together for the end of January or early February?

I kind of liked the mellow vibe in the Arts district so I was looking around for ideas and I ran across Rock 'N'oodles. They have a buy one get one happy hour on wine/beer from 3-6 PM every day they are open, including Saturday, which is an attractive option for a M-F working stiff like myself. Their menu is Rock and roll inspired pasta dishes and runs in the $11.50-$13.50 range for full plates and $7.50-$8.50 range for half plates. They also have some 'small plates' which appear to be appetizers. You can check out the menu at Restaurant Menu | Rock'N'oodles.

The last meetup included people of all ages, so I hope everyone considers themselves part of the target audience for this post. I've spoken with Merry Lee, who organized the last gathering, and she seems onboard. Suggestions for dates, times, or other locations are certainly welcomed. Happy Holidays everyone!

We would be interested! I work from home so meeting new people has been a challenge. My husband is working but we both are off by 4:00. We're in Henderson but having a GPS is a wonderful thing!

It would be great for you two to come. I think we moved out here around the same time!

Maybe we should do a week day lunch sometime for those of us who do not work or have flexibility.

I believe a lot of members work odd hours/evenings

This place! http://vegas.eater.com/2016/12/15/13...es-from-kailua

They're open from 7am - 3pm Wednesday - Monday.

I recommend it for breakfast or lunch because of proximity. I can walk there. Otherwise, I have to make car arrangements since we sold our other car and are down to one car again.

I can also walk to Bagel Cafe. I guess they're a long time popular locals place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
