Drove past the proposed site (near Amigo and St rose), but there is absolutely nothing being done. I'm sure there would have been news reports of ground being broken, so I guess I wasted my time

I was snooping around the area as well and absolutely nothing happening down there. Would be nice to drive 5 min instead of 25!Thank you for contacting Costco. Permits have already been pulled including gas station permits. However, no time frame on start of construction.

Some folks up in the Anthem/Seven Hills area indicated that the mayor was on Channel 13 at the end of December, and he indicated that that was supposed to be a groundbreaking this month with a summer opening. Based on the aforementioned update, that does not sound likely.
