Thanks in advance. Cant find much in prices online.

Theres probably 10-15 tiles that need to be replaced on the roof at the edges, and 3 different places to install pigeon spikes.

Myth. All you get is happy pigeons.

Is Throwing Rice at Weddings Bad for Birds?

There are many others.

A big mean cat that likes roof tops? Bye bye pigeons. If you really want to you can acquire and maintain a local feral. We had one for 12 years. LV cat. Lived for the comps. But also kept the cul de sac free of pigeons. Now she is gone we don't do as well.

Have to be careful where you feed said cat, because pigeons love Purina Cat Chow (personal experience).

She would come to the patio door and was basically hand fed. Nothing got near her food bowl. That was how we would get her in for her checkups every other year. We would mix a tranquilizer in her food. And then cage here when she got sleepy. Had a big red tag on her cage at the vet...Feral! She looked very peaceable but she would try and remove your arm if you tried to touch her.

In her old age DW could pick her up but I never could.

Her remains are in a vase in the library. I think we will sprinkle her around the back yard and part of the neighborhood before we leave. She belongs here.

I've had many feet of spikes installed at $10/foot. No idea if that's high or not. If you've had a long infestation, cleaning it will be difficult without a pressure washer.

In the past, I toyed with doing it myself and went so far as to buy everything at Home Depot for about 10 feet worth. It was around $40. I kicked heroin, returned everything and called someone.
