So fixed? I was getting really curious. You are not the first to miss a GFI though. I have seen it a couple of times including once by an electrician who found it only by tracing wiring to it even though it was actually in plain sight.

That's a long list.
Curious though how much did the electrician charge you to find it LOL

yes, easy fix

i was on the phone with a friend of mine and while i was talking i was thinking about it, how each of the breakers indicated where the gfi outlets are. i found it seconds later, like i knew it was there or something. really weird. i wasted several hours prior to that scouring the entire garage and was initially unsuccessful

I had someone say they will come look for it, since I had done pretty much all the standard stuff. Not sure how much they would have charged. I'm glad I didn't have to pay. Although I did pay dearly, with my time.

Label maker! I use them for stuff that isn't immediately obvious.

The older I get the more I rely on them.

Sounds like you just had a "hide in plain sight" experience.

After removing all my junk out of the way, finally found the gfci in the garage. Turns out I have 5 outlets in my garage. My issue is fixed. Thanks very much.
