This is some of the most ridiculous postings I've ever seen. Where are you people from? This advice is disconcerting....

LOCATION is the key with any real estate investment. It doesn't matter if its a condo conversion, or a financed apartment that sold as initially as a condo.. who cares.... location is the key. If a complex is full of non-owner occupied tenants, it's not simply because it was a condo conversion.. this is just jibberish......

There is a saturation in the market of condos in general, whether condos OR condo conversions...... it will level out once supply decreases...

Coronado Palms? I don't know anything about that complex, but your analysis should be based on the location and what is happening in the surrounding area (amenities, re-development, new development, access, etc)...
