How old are you?

I ask for two reasons. First, your age may be a limiting factor with some positions. Second, you seem, and I don't mean this in an insulting way, immature. I get the fact that you want to get away from your parents, but based on what I've read here, I don't think you're ready to live on your own, let alone here.

I'm 30 how exactly do I seem immature? The only thing I've ever talked about here is that I want to move. Of course if you have overprotective parents you might be a little immature. I don't get why people keep saying I can't make it people always doubt it and I'm sick of it.

Yes, exactly.

Sorry, I also agree with the immaturity. Overprotective parents are one thing when you're 18...

I think you need a better, long term plan. Your current idea of just going anywhere & taking random expensive classes is a recipe for disaster. You are 30. Are you still living at home? Have you been working?

Yes I do have a job and I'm not planning to move and take expensive classes. I am going to complete school before I actually move. You don't know that school is expensive? And yes even community colleges which is why programs like Financial Aid and Fafsa exist. My friend attended a community college and still had to take out loans she is in debt.

Any number of people are naturally talented enough to give a great massage, and don't need schooling at all.
How much do you make as a Massage Therapist? I'm a member of a Massage Therapy group on Facebook. And some people say they make decent money working at places like Massage Envy. It depends on which location though some pay more than others. And a Massage Therapist at a local spa told me she makes $17 to $19 per hour she has clients. And then she makes minimum wage when she isn't working. Do you only do Massage? Are you an Esthetician? Any person is naturally talented enough to give a great Massage? I think there is a lot more to it than that you have to know Anatomy and Psychology learn about the different parts of the body...

I didn't take that as a lecture. People tend to be overly dismissive of people when they ask questions in here. My opinion is that asking a lot of questions is a good idea.

I didn't read the information on a Facebook group I read it in a text book at a school. PCT? Oh so people in Vegas actually do work as Patient Care Technicians and can afford their own place.
