I am 100% positive oj has already broken the terms of his parole.

Story from Red Rock Resident. Would not sell OJ a drink at the club as he is not a member. He then asked to join and was told no as he is a felon.. Be interesting to see if that sticks as he is apparently a legal resident there.

My goodness you are talking about Las Vegas lawyers. There is no level too low for some of them to go. If Kim Jong Un came to the city and was hurt in a car wreck Glen Lerner would be waiting at the hospital for him to arrive.

Let's say OJ made an appearance somewhere (or the like), and a wife/kid/whoever coincidentally got paid for it, the payee would have to declare it on their taxes, not OJ.

I live in Red Rock CC and we received a news letter last week stating that O.J. was in fact living in the neighborhood. Frankly, I don't give a hoot as long as he does not present a media circus. At least the paparazzi can't get inside the gates.

Sounds like a fraud to me.

Not from the IRS standpoint. As long as someone pays the taxes, they don't care.

The Goldman''s would have to sue the payee to try and recover the money.

No Drugs or Alcohol is usually a component of a parole plan.

That was included in the reports of his release. He has an .08 limit like driving but is not barred from alcohol.

That’s astonishing. Alcohol reduces inhibitions.
And OJ’s conviction is a results of impulse control and violence.
Is Nevada soft? Or just soft for OJ?
Or is this a set up for failure?
