By the way, you won't find any Carolina grits in Las Vegas either, so bring several bags with you and give one to me.

Recomendations of sweet tea in Vegas

Buckinghams BBQ on rainbow/smoke ranch.

Raising Caines chicken fingers. Decatur/charleston and Las Vegas BLV/Warm Springs

On the other hand, I hope the OP doesn't equate the good time they had on the strip to living here in Las Vegas and adapt to the West Coast culture vs. Southern Culture. Its not going to be the same and it will take a lot of getting use to the new way of life.

I forgot about Buckinghams. They must be from SOUTH Korea.

Not a fan of chicken wings, but I'll bet Borders will be there soon.

Raising Caine is not chicken wings, its probably the best chicken fingers out there from a fast food joint. Their sweet tea is excellent and reminds me of southern style (kinda too sweet but i mix it with un-sweet tea) I'm not fond of their special sauce, so i suggest buying your own favorite dip. I like Honey Mustard or a good spicy BBQ sauce.

ATLien29, you need to come back in the summer and see if you like the weather. Get off the strip, drive around and see the sites. Take an ATV tour through the desert. Don't leave all your money with the casinos.

It bothers me to think about how they get "chicken fingers". What happens to the rest of the chicken? I guess some people actually eat real chicken fingers, but I prefer a drumstick myself. It probably has something to do with the days when us kids used to play with the chicken feet after the chicken got it's head chopped off and it's feathers plucked.

Hey Buzz... it that TC's the one over in the shopping center by the Von's?

I seem to remember a bunch of blocks of stores on that corner. I think Sababa is in one of them as well? Then again I still get screwed up and turn down Spring Mtn. instead of DI (don't ask me how I manage to do that, LOL!)
