Your believe that this is a clean Constitutional issue is pretty much absurd. Any 4 to 5 decision is well into the dark grey. The Congress has passed laws which are unenforceable. At that point the general principal that the Executive decides what to do is clear. Whether or not some specific group is selected to be ignored would be a standard tactic. It might be turned down by the existing court...but it may well be accepted by the next. The administration however will get no relief. The USSC is not going to direct the Congress to act nor is it going to direct 50 billion to fix the enforcement problem. Its only real choice is to screw the Dreamers or not. It has no other real control.

Be interesting which way the court falls. But it is not going to come out clean.
there we go.....more blah, blah, blah, blah. What is absurd is that you can't read the plain and simple laws of the Constitution in regards to DACA .

And what is worse is some do not understand anything about the Constitution but in their ignorance pontificate on the subject.

Always said when you see someone demonstrate their lack of knowledge...and loudly.

LIKEWISE. You're confusing DACA with what Congress will perhaps pass afterwards. This thread is about DACA and I point out it's unconstitutionality. What happens after it's repeal is another story but you don't seem to understand and differentiate the two even with your high intelligence

D'OH ,but sure you are when you're saying that DACA's illegality is not a constitutional matter. Sounds to me you don't know what you're saying. LOL

And I suppose the Constitution has nothing to do with all this matter, it is just a piece of paper not even worth the paper it is written on.

That's why Trump ended DACA. We don't hire Dreamers and It's called Self-Deportation where we don't have to deport them and they can just walk there way on a plane to leave or cross the border. That article is easily biased, think of the Unemployment here in Las Vegas. If they were to hire 13,000 U.S. Citizens that number would go down. They're already fortunate enough to live the life style here. Don't even get me started on Catherine Cortez Masto, she's as worst as Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton.

RIght on, the LVS is totally anti Trump and that article is a load of crap. I am afraid some kind of negotiation is in the works well at least according to what we hear so far but IMO they all need to go back and get in back of the line if they qualify.

Many readers of that article including some commentators on this thread will completely eat that crap and like it!

Please return to whatever state churned you out. I'm sure you will like the politics better there.

Have a nice day.
