Have a good friend looking at homes in the Tule Springs area. I am unfamiliar with this area, any thoughts?

Generally OK area. Middle class tracts and some embedded half acres. Wide range of prices. The tracts are generally pretty nice...there are not many of the high density sort in that area.

Low crime. Have a short drive to services.

Much of it is on the fringe and runs up against the park or protected Federal lands.

We have builders here that were kicked out of other states for non compliance, not fixing issues etc. Do your research on this.

Tule Springs area isn't that (or was) a national monument cause of dino bones?

If one doesn't work, or works north, that'd be a great area.

If you go a little further north on Coke there is a neighborhood built by DR Horton I think it was. Nice neighborhood basically inside Tule Springs park with only a few homes. Those Pulte homes are really nice though. Just a personal opinion but I would take one of those right near the park vs a million dollar home in Summerlin. It's hard to find a home in the valley near open space like Tule Springs.

I love that area. My first house wasn't far from there.
