Hi all,
I have been watching this forum for a while now and it seems pretty well balanced for the most part.
I am looking at purchasing a home just north of Spanish Trails in the Del Vista subdivision.
Actually, address is 4712 Beaconsfield. Does anyone live in there or have comments about the area. I really would like to hear anything you have to say on it.

I have some pools in that neighborhood. Nice and quiet durring the day and good location. The only crazy thing is Tropicana and how fast people drive on that stretch of road. It is not uncommon for people to drive double the speed limit there.

Thanks for the info. It has a pool/hottub too, so I may be looking for your services. I did notice that on Trop, although I may be among those that don't necessarily drive slowly, at times I felt i was crawling. I guess its because it's all walls on both sides so they think they only have to worry about whats ahead of them.

Sometimes its hard pulling out of that neighborhood onto Trop because of how fast people are going. Your gonna have to "gun" it! If you end up buying the home and need my services, send me a direct message.
