Yes, but they should exclude the ones that have been convicted.

Let's be honest as to what's going on. California was forced by the federal courts to cut down overcrowding in their prison system. So they disgorged thousands of miscreants onto their streets. But Cali has gotten expensive. So where are they ending up? Vegas. The NV and CC governments should be putting in place policies to let the ex-cons know they're not welcome, and if they try to setting in Vegas, it's not going to be easy for them.

After this last spurt of multiple homicide days, I wouldn't be surprised if we jumped up a spot or two.

I would certainly think that October 1 guarantees a large jump in position...though that may be asterisked.

I would also note this last set of multiple murders have been really weird. A Utahan killing two security guards and then himself? Women kills 3 roommates? Metro is investigating 22 homicides in December up from 9 last year. Not counting the October 1 toll we are now tied with 2016 for the most murders in recent years with one day to go.

1st October is not counted at least to the first link posted on this thread and it really shouldn't
