By the way, looking at past posts, has property crime in summerlin remained high, or has it reduced in the past year?

Sorry? Property crime in Summerlin is miniscule compared to anywhere in central Las Vegas or most cities in the US. Where did you ever get the idea it was high?
The police are not working to fix property crime in Summerlin. It is not detectible in the City total.
