I just checked out Realtor .com and it had 6xxx single family homes on the market with 3xxx in pending.
Wow if true that's only 1 month of inventory is it really that busy of a market?

Yes. I just sold 2 rental houses, 1 in 5 days, all ca$h. the second in 13 days, all done, both under 300K, that is the sweet spot for being hot. Bought a new house for me at Pardee Meridian, great place.

Both Models just sold in 12 days, on at 985K, the second at $1,225 Million.

One was going to retire, paid cash, second was military moving in, no investors. Both clean 2005 built houses in NLV.
