Anyone having issues with them... the last 3 weeks have been a nightmare..

They have missed pick ups,
Did a partial,
and today, forgot one of the cans...

You can't get ahold of them....
Very high volume, and then after 20 minutes it hangs up on you

I agree service is going downhill. They used to pick up twice a week and they would take whatever you put out there. Now it's only once a week for the same money. And only what will fit in the cans they gave you.

Summer here is so hot that is stinky garbage!

I've only had to call them a couple of times for minor things and have always gotten through right away.

Never really had a problem with their service.

Your bulk days will eventually disappear. Enjoy them while you still have them.

Never had a problem in the 14 years living here. The other week, the wind knocked down my recycle bin. They stopped, picked it up, got back in then the mechanical arm emptied it. Christmas day 2017 was a Monday, trash & recycle picked up. New Years day 2018, picked up. MLK Monday? Picked up. President's day Monday? Picked up.

They are definitely inconsistent with their pick-up times, but that usually works in my favor.

I've called them to pick up my trash a few times. I put the can out as they drove to the next house thinking it wouldn't be a big deal to back up and get it. They sometimes decide they won't do that so I call or email to have them come and get it because I pay for the service. I just get the spiel about having it out the night before, lol.

I bet they cut staff, maybe the good ones retired. My service has been ok but it was much better when it was 2x per week.
