That may have been true 5 or 10 years ago.

Seven Hills is the better Henderson neighborhood now.

Please. Henderson is Top ten in 2016...and will likely be there in 2017 but those numbers do not come out until Sept.

All you've gotta do is read Review-Journal headlines from the past two years to know that isn't gonna happen.

Gotta give it to Adelson, the R-J has been less of a Real Estate cheerleader, and a lot more transparent about crime and local issues since he took over.

Garbage. The numbers have not moved significantly. Some bleeding backsides may be scared to death...but the numbers have not moved.

The difference between GVR and 7 hills and Anthem is negligible and the rates are very small.

I've never heard anyone question that Summerlin and Green Valley are the two best places to live in Vegas. Some people think they get "more for their money" in South Vegas or NW Vegas or wherever else, but that's not really the question. The question is where are the best places to live, if money were no object, and that's the answer: Summerlin or Green Valley. There are other great options, too, but they're on the next tier down.
