I mostly agree with the sentiment, but you are very wrong about Steve Jobs. The other Steve was the genius.

Jobs and Woz were/are geniuses. Just in different ways.
Woz had the technical know how to make things work. Jobs had the business know how to fund it all.

If you ask her what changed she will tell you that her teachers at Piggott were terrible. Her middle school teachers use apps to communicate and she likes that. The same gaps exist at the middle school (Rogich/Johnson) and high school levels (Palo/Bonanza).

My daughter is in Becker. I didn't want her at Johnson and Rogich had no open seats to transfer. She got accepted for a magnet school for 6th grade but there was no transportation so Becker was the best option. She is in 7th now.
