Glad you’re enjoying it! A Strip view would be amazing for sure, I love seeing the Strip.

I’m hopeful my timeline is about a year. Everything is looking great, so I’m excited.

It's one of the few units in this complex that has a view. I got fortunate. I wasn't planning on it. Just happened. Getting something of quality in the lower 100,000s was a real win for me in ways I couldn't even imagine.

Feel free to private message me when you're planning to move if you want and I can help you out.

That’s amazing you got a place you’re stoked about for that price, what a deal! I remember looking when the recession had just started and my mouth was agape at how cheap such amazing places were. Luxury 2 bedroom Strip condos for $220,000 or whatever, ridiculous, and off strip condos for as cheap as $20,000 (put that thing on a credit card lol) to $90,000. It was pretty wild.

We are hopeful this community we love still has a few lots available by the start of next year and we’ll hope to build there. A few floor plans they have, we love, and I’m leaning toward a plan that’s built on non-view lots only simply because I love the location and the community, love the plan, and the lack of any lot premium means I would be not that far off being able to pay entirely in cash. That’s a huge appeal to me for financial flexibility and maximizing my future savings / earnings. Of course I’d love a view but if it’s the difference of $350,000 for the better lots (that are also smaller), I think I’m ok waiting. I’d rather save up for a custom home when I hit 50 years old or so lol.
