You can have a firearm in a casino as long as you have a valid CCW. But not all casinos allow it.

hah find me one that will publicly admit to allowing it (hint: you won't).

all mgm properties have plaques that say "no firearms or other weapons. if we find you with a weapon, we'll trespass you". I'm just just wondering if pepper spray falls under that.

I never said I knew any since I don’t play in the casinos. Those plaques obviously didn’t stop Stephen Paddock. I believe there’s plenty of good Samaritan’s that do conceal a firearm everyday into a casino.

Pepper spray is not a weapon?
So it’s a seasoning spice that police are required to carry?
Did one guy post? if I got a CCW license I can go armed into a casino?
Omg
No doubt these are the people that try to board United with a gun
And are arrested

dude/dudette. learn the laws of the state of nevada before posting on something you don't know about. it's not illegal according to state law to go into ANY business if you have ccw. they can trespass you if they discover you're carrying and then you have to leave. but you will not be in any kind of a legal trouble unless you refuse to leave.

Agreed, gun free zones do the opposite of what they're intended to do. But I don't want to turn this into another gun debate although I guess it's inevitable lol.

Whether they “discovered” it or not you have violated casino rules for entry and are in fact breaking the law
By doing so
Since you already know that and do so in defiance of casino rules you are an armed threat to their security staff and should be treated as such
I am no stranger to casinos nor nevada

Actually you must be...

The gun laws in NV are very permissive and there is no requirement that you observe signs banning firearms.

If they catch you with a weapon they may demand you check it or leave. And if you don't they can trespass you. Actually they can trespass you for anything they wish...bad hair...trespass. And most very carefully ignore the house rules.

I would guess more than half the RE Agent gals in Las Vegas have Mace or bear spray in their purse. A few have a firearm. Sold in quantity at the local RE Board.

My favorite was always the AZ lawyer who was drinking in the bar of a casino wearing an empty holster. Things got touchy and LVMP grabbed him and locked him up. They eventually let him go but I do not think he ever got the apology he wanted.

Casino policies and laws are two different things. I understand you have difficulty grasping this highly complex concept. Stranger or not you have zero idea what you're talking about. It becomes more and more painfully obvious with every post of yours. I think it'd be best if you cut your losses now lol.
