must love getting strong armed by NV Energy??........ OPTIONS !! your in vegas, tons of HI people ask them about solar .. you will like your answers !

I would never lease, just signed a deal for solar on two houses in LV, including my new one in Pardee Meridian. NV will give me 6.2% rebate, over 88% credit for selling back so my bill will be below $20 a month. Add in 30% federal tax CREDIT, looks like about 5-7 years complete payback. Using LG high watt panels. Gross cost for my 3,600 house is about 34G, less all rebates and credits, net around $17,500.
