They even built an overpass for the sheep. Keeps them off the freeway up in Boulder, and the herd members are smart enough to use it.

went a couple months ago and a tour bus pulled up. Was super annoying how close people were getting using their selfie sticks.

I've put that place on my list for a photo shoot (with a telephoto lens). Might go later this week.

Keep your distance, they will surely charge and gore you if felt threatened. I have seen them in the past, hiking. They are wild animals people not domesticated pets. Speaking of wild, driving on Durango near IKEA late at night last week, my friend and I saw a Gray Fox with its long furry tail crossing Durango. Not the first time I have seen it on Durango, I've seen one a few years ago also late at night.

An article with some really good photos. Apparently they're pretty used to people.

Got some nice pics of the bighorns out at Hemenway Park yesterday. There were about a dozen of them just hanging around eating and lounging in the sun.

(the close-ups are cropped images taken with a zoom lens. I did not get that close)
