Money talks just like the master planned development putting up more homes at the entrance to Red Rock Canyon on the other side. Roadways are already in place and nature trashed with vehicles parked next to the beautiful red rocks.

I don't blame the estate beneficiaries / heirs for wanting to cash out and get $30-$40 million. It probably takes a toll to keep up the operation and sometimes heirs don't have the same passion as the original owners.

Would have been nice if they offered the property to the State or County so they could do something with it. But i'm assuming that would have taken more time and they would have been lowballed.

Financial pressures are tough and selling the Ranch presents an opportunity for the heirs to clean their hands and walk away millionaires.

Pfff. Trailer trash to middle upper won't even be able to afford the few homes they build in that area.

My guess is that with that much land attached, homes in the area will reach seven figures easily.

Especially with those views and somewhat more reasonable summer temps

I was at Bonnie Springs the other day to take some photos outside, oh well sad to see it go, too bad it could not be part of Spring Mountain Ranch State Park which is just next door.

They were also starving the steer. Reported them to animal control. Checked in a few months ago and they put him down. Blamed it on arthritis.
