My wife has a placard & two knee replacements
Our unit has a two car garage.
It's a tight fit and bothers my wife's leg.
She's been parking first come first served in the disabled spot.
A new. Leasing manager said she can't park in the spot even though it's a valid placard.
He said it's for future resident. They have 5 other spots for future resident.
And she can only use the spot when the office is closed.
There are no signs at Disabled parking restricting hours. Isn't this against ADA law ?
Making a person struggle to walk further? He said she could park at the end of the complex or our garage which again is a tight fit for her.

I think the placard applies to "public" parking, since you live there, it may not apply
