really, god dang it. Perhaps its is best if I get into the union in NYC first, then try to go to LV. Actually that is pretty hard to do here I imagine.

I dont know how I going to write a resume. I have not had a different job in more than 10 years. There will literally be only one thing on it besides internships and part time job in college, and my alma mater. It be silly.

The resume should be written to emphasize your skills used in your last job.

I may have to hire a head hunter then. Are there head hunter/employment agencies in LV for entry level Casino work, or an entry level grunt work in hospitality/foodservice outside casinos in LV?

You don’t need a head hunter for entry level

Try the Casino Job Center it's a temp agency, might help you make some contacts. Mostly they are looking for dealers. For other kinds of work try local employment agencies. Manpower etc. Headhunters mostly work with companies seeking executives/project managers. It doesn't pay for a headhunter to try and fill entry level jobs. They look for top talent in given fields

I yahooed casino job center. It seems they only do dealers, and dancers. Are there any other agencies specializing in something else?

Getting a casino gig is not that hard. You dont need the use of an agency. Hundreds of people obtain employment every weekday.

But from afar? That is my dilemma. I cannot afford to fly in every other day for a face to face.

Until you have a Nevada address, odds are you won’t be called.

I just saw a commercial offering classes in casino jobs like bartenting and dealing cards.

Cresant school of gaming and bartenting. Cresant.edu says they offer financial aid.
