Hey there,

Even after 2 1/2 weeks in Las Vegas as new residents, I can hardly keep enough lotion on my hands to keep them even close to normal. Anyone have any wonder products to recommend?

Get some extra virgin coconut oil and try that. Not only does it smell delicious, but its the ultimate best moisturizer for your face, body and hair there is. And no nasty chemicals.
If you are afraid of natural remedies, you can invest in alot of St.Ives lotions. They are creamy, rich and no greasy after feel. But they do contain some questionable ingredients.

I thought that I read that if you get a water softener it helps with the dry skin?

For your feet you need to get regular pedicures. I had never had a pedicure before moving here and now I get them every other week. I barely own any closed toe shoes and I love painting my toe nails for a reason!!! (always wore snow boots in MI) I personally love the Tea Tree lotion from Whole Foods store. It smells so good and really works. I also use the really creamy body lotion from Bath and Body Works. Our lips are also always dry and we always carry some kind of lip balm with us!!!
