Another silly list. Supposedly a negative factor is

Share of local households headed by someone age 65 or older (weight: 0.5, higher is riskier)

This is a significant positive in Las Vegas, not a negative. The over 65 sector is heavily weighted with wealthy retirees and business owners who have fled high taxes in California.
