Offering two (?) months extension of your contract as compensation. Not good enough. Ending the contract at the closing would be fair, since they are not holding up their end. Don't want to go down to their new facility in Henderson, thanks. The whole point is that it's less than five minutes away.

Totally agree. You joined that location. If you close that location, the contract should be done. I'm sure if you reached out to the Nevada AG they'd make it happen.

I agree! I heard a rumor more than a year ago they were closing. Around the time In-N-Out opened. That parking lot is horrible. When they leave maybe there will be space. You won't go to a gym that's not convenient. I think those contracts should be void!

They tried to sell me a membership right before In-n-Out opened and I declined because I told them I had heard they were closing. I told them a gym has to be really convenient to be of any use to me. The one they are closing is very close but the new one is not and I would rather not fight traffic and have a 'commute' to the gym.
