I’m collecting a list of the best zip codes in Las Vegas to live in. I know Summerlin and Henderson are most people’s favorites, but I’m looking all over.

A few things on that list do not make much sense unless there are a couple of HUGE income earners that skew the averages. Yes Incline should be very high and maybe some small zip code in Henderson with 60 returns. However, why is 89113 so high? Seems odd with so many returns? It shouldn't be any different than 89135 for example. Or maybe it's just a case where we need median numbers and not averages!?

Only 12 returns for 89141? $24,000 tax on $1000 AGI? Disregard this list.

Thanks to all who have replied. I’m looking for the best zip code to search on trulia for a house to buy. Sorry I should have been more specific. Sometimes the neighborhoods on this board don’t show up when I search them in a real estate app, so I was thinking zip codes would be easier to ask for.

It will be my 2nd house.. long story. I’m not a wealthy tech person from California - I live in Northern Nevada right now and my house won’t sell.. I definitely cannot afford Summerlin prices, so I’m asking around here and there. Thanks in advance.

My two cents: 89032 is not bad and it is growing and developing nicely. I am single so not sure of schools around here.

I have a 711 Square foot apartment just off Craig, 1.3 miles west of the cannery. 870.00

I would not just look at Trulia, you should look at Zillow, Realtor.com,Redfin, some people sell their home themselves on these sites.

Also be advised there are scammers on all these sites just be aware.

I would def look in 89014 and 89052. What’s your budget? Single family house or condo?
