I mean honestly, since I moved out here... there is gov't work, and then there is Casino work which is almost like gov't work on steroids...

These ppl never get fired.

Nobody cares.

Hell, once some of the pit bosses and **** know I'm a local they try to cut me in on the action at the tables... tell me to get the tourists riled up... hey we'll pay you. Act like a tourist and goad them into making bad bets. Walk by about 3 o'clock and get your tip.

But seriously... when does anyone lose their job at Caesar's? When do they lose their jobs anywhere? If anything... the bad apples just get passed around. Everyone here knows who they are.

Your comments show that you know next to nothing about the casino industry. Rile up tourists and you will get paid. Your so full of it.

Section 8 Waiting Lists in Nevada
As of December 14th 2019, there are no open, opening soon, or always open waiting lists in Nevada. Read more about Affordable Housing In Nevada or view our national list of Open Section 8 Waiting Lists.
There are 3 housing authorities in Nevada which offer the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. For more on the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program visit the Housing Choice Voucher section of our Low Income Housing Renter's Guide.

Californians who have Section 8 can bring it with them. They cannot get it locally.

Where do you get all this misinformation?
So many people rant about Section 8 people but seriously how would you know who has it unless you are the landlord or the tenant? So those who call residents Section 8 are probably stereotyping or just racist.

A couple of data centers that have skeleton crews running them is far from a hip and(over inflated) Silicon Valley company that wants to IPO.

They are definitely the workhorses of the industry though, unfortunately the compensation in such positions in those data centers is lackluster.

Start shopping for a new rental, or just buy something.

Also, feel free to give him some pushback. He may not really want to risk a month or two of lost rent to get the increase. But if you do push back, be prepared to move.

Looking.

Felt it coming, though I thought it might be the "get out" letter.

TIL; data centers are not hip and have skeleton crews. Sorry Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Switch.
